Palm Beach is a private residential development so all residents should be mindful of their neighbour’s right to the peaceful enjoyment of the property. This is particularly applicable to short term rentals guests who must ensure that their activities and those of their family or friends do not impact upon the rights of the residents.

Summary of main rules & regulations covering the use of the common areas. 


The Property Manager has full authority to restrict persons from common area activities for non compliance with rules and regulations.

Use of common areas (outside of normal activity) must be approved by management.

No skateboarding, roller blading, cycling or similar activities in the common areas which specifically include the walkways, pool deck and car parks

No playing of loud music in the unit, on the pool deck or in the grounds. Please use headphones if necessary.

No hanging of towels, swimwear, washing or other such items on the patio rail, from the awnings or anywhere on the patios within general sight.


The pool is for residents and guests only and it is not supervised. Bathers under the age of 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool unless accompaned by a person 16 years or older. 

Persons using the pool do so at their own risk.

No running, jumping or diving in the pool or noisy activity on the pool deck.

No glass or breakable wear to be used on the pool deck or in the pool.

Do not move furniture from the pool deck.

Pool hours are from 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Fitness centre

No persons under 16 years of age allowed in the gym.

Respect the gym equipment at all times and use according to instructions.

Wear proper attire (shirt, shorts, enclosed shoes) when using the gym and equipment.

Clean gym equipment after use.


Do not park in marked disabled spaces.
