A well equipped fitness centre is located in the basement of the commercial building and is for the exclusive use of the residents of Palm Beach and is not available for use by extended family members or friends. No persons under the age of 16 are permitted to use the fitness centre.
Swimwear is not allowed in the fitness centre, only proper attire with closed sneakers is acceptable. No bare backs, no smoking, and absolutely no sand. Please do not remove or move the exercise equipment. In consideration of others please wipe down the equipment after each use with the disinfectant provided.
If you are using the fitness centre on your own we recommend that you have your mobile device close at hand at all times in the event that you require emergency assistance.
The room is fitted with sensors which automatically turn the lights and the air conditioning units on & off during use. When you are finished in the fitness centre please remember to replace all equipment in its rightful place.
Access to the fitness centre is via keypad lock. The access code for this lock can be obtained from the owner or unit manager.
