Grounds Irrigation
Rain water is collected on all of the roofs at Palm Beach and channelled into an underground tank holding up to 60,000 gallons. This water is used for irrigation purposes throughout the year.
Potable water
Potable water storage tanks exist to provide water to the commercial and residential buildings in case of reduced pressure or prolonged water outage. In the event of a water outage residents are requested to use water sparingly until such time that they are informed that the mains water supply has been restored.
