Residential Parking

Residential parking spaces are allocated to the residential units on the following basis:

3 bedroom units                        2 spaces

2 bedroom units                        1 space

Only one vehicle should be parked in the spaces directly in front of the residential buildings where a unit is located.

Additional vehicles should be parked in the visitors parking area opposite the commercial building or in the car park area located in front of the recycling huts.

Disabled Parking

Disabled parking permits may be obtained from the Council for the Disabled located at Harambee House, The Garrison, St. Michael which is within easy walking distance of Palm Beach.

Long term parking

Residents who wish to leave their vehicles for extended periods should contact the Property Manager prior to departure so that their vehicles may be parked in an area of the car park designated for long term parking.

This will ensure that persons in residence have greater access to parking areas located in the vicinity of their unit.
